### **Processing Time**
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. All orders are custom printed. We start printing orders within 24 hours upon your approval.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, along with tracking information.
### **Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates**
- **Standard Shipping**: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
- **Expedited Shipping**: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply. – email or call us.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and other factors beyond our control. If you have important due date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
### **Shipping Carriers**
- We partner with major shipping carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, to deliver your orders reliably and on time.
- The carrier used for your shipment will depend on your location and the size of your order.
### **Order Tracking**
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

- Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

- Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. However, if you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations are not guaranteed and depend on the status of your order.
